Hotel complex in Gera

The hotel complex, which originally had 270 rooms, was repositioned at the Gera location and initially taken over into the company's own operations in a reduced size of 140 rooms under the Novotel brand. It was also planned to supplement the hotel use with a care operation in the other rooms, which was successfully implemented by the purchaser after the sale.
