Major Project: Residential & Commercial in Berlin

Following the sale of the property to a well-known project developer in 2016, the development of the quarter (large-scale residential and commercial project) on this site at Südkreuz Berlin with a planned area of approx. 140,000 sqm in several components is now almost complete. After the start of the construction work, we acted as consultants for the neighbor (Ella-Barowsky-Strasse), as a joint inner access road had to be planned and constructed for the existing building and the project development.
